How long does a design project usually take?
It depends entirely on scope which is why we need to provide you with a custom quote. Larger product engagements can run longer, especially if we're embedded into your sprint cycles. We move at startup speed, though: organised, but not slow.
How much does a project cost?
Cost depends on scope and complexity. Fixed projects are priced clearly upfront, and ongoing work runs on a simple flat monthly rate. There are no hidden layers.
What services do you offer?
We design digital products, websites, and brand systems for startups and scaling teams. Our main focus is on product (UX/UI) design for digital products and website design. However, we also provide branding, print design, UX consultancy and prototyping.
What is the typical process to get started?
We start with a conversation and from there, we define scope, timelines, and outcomes. Once agreed, we plug into your team and begin. There's no long onboarding phase or drawn-out workshops.

Unlimited Design is ongoing, flat-rate product design support. It's built for fast-moving teams who need a senior designer embedded in their Slack and sprint cycles, without hiring full-time or paying agency overhead.

Vision to Venture is a structured sprint for early-stage founders. It takes you from rough idea to clear, validated product direction, with brand, UX, and prototype work ready for testing or investor conversations.
We have a limited budget, will you still work with us?
If the scope is realistic and the expectations are clear, yes. We're lean by design, but we're not the cheapest option. The goal is focused, high-quality work that respects your runway, not watered-down output.
What is UX Design?
UX (User Experience) design is about making your product clear, usable, and intuitive. It's how people move through your product, understand what to do, and actually achieve what they came for without confusion leading to exits and drop-offs.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes, of course. We regularly work with early-stage ideas, AI platforms, and products under development. Confidentiality is standard.
How much input will I have over the designs?
This is collaborative work, which means you'll have lots of input and we'll work side-by-side with you. You'll be involved in key decisions and reviews, but we'll guide the direction so progress doesn't stall.
Can I view the visuals during the design process?
You'll see work-in-progress throughout, not just at the end. We iterate together, in real time where possible, which is important to make sure we're always on the right track.
What are your payment terms?
Fixed projects are typically split into milestone payments. Ongoing work runs on a monthly flat rate. We'll decide all of this before commencing work.
